Contact
To contact Sudoku Online, email [email protected]. Write to us about a wrong puzzle, a bug, an accessibility problem, an error in a guide or lesson, or a privacy question. The more detail you include, the easier the problem is to reproduce and fix, so the list below shows what helps.
How can you reach us?
The site is operated by Sudoku Online Editorial Team. The address for all messages is [email protected]. There is no phone line or live chat, and there are no accounts, so we cannot look up your game by name. Everything about your games lives in your own browser.
What should you include?
For a wrong puzzle or a game bug
- The board and level, for example “classic, Hard” or “killer, Easy”.
- What you did and what happened, and what you expected instead.
- Your device and browser, such as “iPhone, Safari”, and whether you use a screen reader or other assistive tool.
- If possible, the puzzle itself: a screenshot of the starting grid is enough.
For an error in a guide, lesson or history page
- The page address and the sentence or figure you believe is wrong.
- A source that supports your correction, if you have one. History pages list their own sources, so pointing to a better one helps.
For an accessibility problem
- The page or board, the assistive technology you use, and what blocked you. The controls page describes the keyboard and screen reader support the game is designed to have, and reports from real use are welcome because that support has not yet been tested with a wide range of assistive devices.
For a privacy question or request
- Say what you would like to know or do. Most of what a game stores is on your own device, as the privacy policy explains, and you can remove it yourself by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
What can you expect?
We read the messages we receive, and we correct errors in lessons and guides as we confirm them. We cannot promise a reply time. We do not give Sudoku coaching on individual puzzles or share other people’s messages. We will never ask you for a password or payment details by email.
Where else can you look?
Many questions are answered on the FAQ, for example how hints work, what is saved and how the daily puzzle works. Terms are explained in the glossary, and the about page describes the site and how its puzzles are made.
